Eligible investors in priority sectors may receive income tax exemptions from 1 up to 9 years depending on sector and location
Can investors import duty-free equipment?
Yes. Capital goods and construction materials for new or upgrading projects are eligible for duty-free import.
How long does it take to finalize an investment agreement?
Once approved by the Board, investors must sign the agreement within 45 working days.
Does OIIB support project expansions?
Yes. OIIB supports expansion requests with updated proposals, bank statements, license copies, and payroll documentation
