Renewal of Investment Permit
- Any Investor who obtained an investment permit shall renew this permit annually. Make an appointment
Concluding agreement of Investment project
- Unless force majeure encounters, any investor for whom the investment project is determined by the Board shall sign the prepared investment project agreement form with the competent authority within fort five (45) consecutive working days from the date of receipt of the decision letter. Reception of Investment Project Expansion
- Renewed Promoter’s (or that of a manager for an organization) identification card
- One passport size photo
- Project proposal for expansion prepared by certified consultant from Ethiopia management institute.
- Bank statement that shows 30% of expansion capital having six month and above cash transaction
- Prior investment land decision letter
- Power of attorney if the application is processed by an agent.
- TIN
- Memorandum of Association and Article of Association if request is submitted by an organization.
- Investment license (copy)
- Trade license (copy)
- Prior investment land title deed(copy)
- Prior investment or lease agreement (copy)
- Latest 3-month employees’ payroll
- Investment status report by concerned zonal or town investment and industry Bureau.
